Have you ever witnessed a women getting hit ? what do you think about it and what do you do at that time ? its one of those things no one says after its done it kinda just goes unnoticed. On top of that you know what i mean what do you you say to the woman ? what if she deserved it ? there is so many questions that comes to my mind about Parachutes is what i call them. Things that happen in front of you to make life seem real. Like witnessing a murder or in this situation seeing a woman get hit. Sure you wanna step up and be captain save me (or some don't) but then that puts you in the middle of a loop that trust me you don't want to be in the middle of. When we were kids the worst kids in class were always the kid who watched his mother get whooped on the daily. same for some of those smarter students. It definitely does something to your mind. I must of  saw this shit today and i was like damn i forgot my whole damn thought process. cool thing i went back into my mode which is usually away from reality. Its best just not to get in anyone's business and if things go too far call the authorities and stay away from it. 

Ever tried something personal after a trauma situation ? relationships differ when these things happen. hey don't set yourself up to be played. Some People follow the rules of they're own game no matter what the cost is. Be aware something just pulls me to the ground about this even though ive been on both sides of it. Just not a good thing at all. 

where told as a community that these things are preventable and we are taught as children love doesn't necessarily hurt that bad. Physical and Mental abuse is probably the difference from a convict and the president. the ability to preserver is well about as possible as it is to jump from the free throw line. Its Not acceptable is what i say to myself, i live with that. the fact i've hit another woman in spite of whatever she did that was so wrong that i had to impose my strength on her. Its not the fact that most women are weaker than men i get that it should be a fair fight im no trying that what im saying here is when abuse is at the bottom line then something really needs to change in a relationship. i know i sound hopeless to a abused woman when i say i come in the name of love but quite honestly love is that potent i'd also question her ability to find it if she couldn't get the message of whatever i was trying to communicate and it took my hands too make her understand. 

Sometimes i guess you can say its a little different. Some people actually like this shit. fighting is at the tip of every tongue nowadays which also explains what kind of world we live in. folk are really that down. I once had a relationship where i was the victim for awhile till my manhood was at stake not saying if you were ever hit it is, but something about it just didn't really right and to my knowledge things are alot better now. the Cycle of abuse starts with a unsolved problem, usually a significant other or parent then goes to the mental sometimes its lies sometimes its taunting whatever the case may be its wrong and goes to rooftops of hitting kicking screaming and worst of all just fucks up the vibe for everyone. Lets chill lets relax. even after you've been hit what are the precautions of forgiving and forgetting ? i mean do you forgive and forget or one and not the other. Although I'm yet to listen to this mixtape i said i was gonna wait to write a review on it I heard the track with IAMSU and it was awesome. the Fall is usually the time when Most couples either come together or some singles start missing the effects of being in an effective relationship. Well we care here at the Shak. Few suggestion for those looking to come together for the fall with my list of a couple things to do while cuddling in for the fall. Sure i know its pretty easy to go to the movies and sit down at a not to bussy restaurant and rant about the daily stress of work and more. Im suggesting today we make a mere jump to the next level of places to go for fun.

1. Arcades - Who doesnt like arcade games ? if you dont hey scroll down im sure we can find something for you to like. But this gets the competitive edge out for the guys who rather be drinking beer with the fellas and the pleasures for women to see whats going on when we go off to play video games and what the heck you never know your lady might just enjoy video games. And 20 bucks last a lifetime at any acrcade LMAO just try.

2.Berkley Science Observatory - LoL I know this is a hip hop blog. I know Science seems horrid at this point due to the fact your probably all schooled out just from the semesters stress. But have you looked at this view from the Berkeley hills ? AWESOME you can see the whole bay area till Fremont over the bride in San Francisco and even a peak over the Richmond hills kinda showing Vallejo but looks more like Fairfield. Yes its that dope plus there's ton of interesting things to do when your high. you gotta Love Nerdy shit when your high...its just the facts

3.COMEDY NIGHT AT THE BAR - how bad does this usually go. Some guy is on the stage telling sub par jokes at a sub par bar with sub par burgers and you ordered about 30min ago and they still haven't came with your drink and i think the bartender is meddling with the waitress too many family members in here. But i will give you a tad of a tip Bars that usually host open mic night usually have a go to comic so don't panic. the bartender should be a lady but if its a guy because of the wait expect a strong martini on the rocks just for the hold up and when your food arrives baby so don't you. All a sudden this asshole doesn't sound like Richard Pryor's stunt devil anymore and those jokes start to hit home just  a tad. your Welcome

Although Obama didn't get the win he was "supposed" to get (I'm guessing they just want him to reach over and just cream the guy in the face and say "Only in America") Obama had strong points. Look i know Obama is a rock star in his older days but would you rather him be a bummer at this point ? we can only hope for any presidential candidate coming in truth is at the bottom line we dont know. I Admitt this will be my first year voting. I used to say jokingly i wanted to Vote for McCain just becuase i wanted a Obama Jay-Z shirt i couldnt get lol very cruel. But i must admitt its important to vote. Lets be serious there is no way your going to go to all these sites and read every bit of imformation to decide rather your going to drink your Apple soda (cuz yes they have Apple soda) with a Juicy Bacon Double cheese Burger from a mom and Pop Resturant or from Mcdonalds lol. Best way to decide is too feel people and go where you feel comfort. Becuase you cannot put a price on comfort. With that said whoever you vote for know that you did whatever you could to make the world around you just a tad better.
So this year we have some help thanx to the good folks at LMC who cannot let me write a sentence without mentioning how important it is to vote. (somehow itll be good dont worry) Here At The shak we are pro 4/20 , Pro slacker (students) , and pro life (for those things that you just say uhhh okay with) with that PROP 30 is at hand. Prop 30 is the focus on the General fund budget which not always but sometimes keep You Slackers in or out ot School. what it imposes is that a small tax (0.25%) will be an increase in change for more classes in smaller schools such as a community or city college which will put more students back in school and you off the couch watching porn (even thooo that shits awsome) the thing is some say we'll have to make a huge nug in our already fucked up California Budget. The 4th time this event has come through with 5 full bars outdoor patio something kind of wonderful with 5 DJs spinning and a huge capacity sounds like we wish you a merry Christmas Halloween version , Dont be surprised if they throw a costume contest and because its L.A dont be surprised if Frankenstein is a hot blonde who's to drunk to know where shes oging (hint hint  ;) Nothing beats a Sunny day in L.A besides a road trip wouldn't hurt you after all the summer gitter bugs get out L.A is a usual for some and for others a more of a place to visit. If Your out and about here i look to see some regulars in some awesome costumes, sorta like the city but a tad bigger speaking on the fact this place holds 1200 easily this will be more of the big party, I would find some heavy drugs and a small place on the dance floor to enjoy them.
